Welcome to the Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference Affiliate Program! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before joining or participating in our affiliate program. By signing up, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Program Overview
The Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference Affiliate Program is open to anyone who wishes to participate—individuals, businesses, influencers, and fans alike. There are no geographical or residency restrictions.
Commission Details
- Commission Rate: 50% of every completed sale
- Cookie Duration: 365 days
- Valid Sale: Commissions are earned on completed purchases only
- Attribution: Commission credit is awarded to the last affiliate who referred the customer before purchase (not the first).
- Payment: Affiliates may request payment once their earnings reach a $90 threshold. Payments are issued via PayPal.
Promotional Guidelines
We want affiliates to share in a way that feels authentic and true to their voice. There are no restrictions on promotion channels, but we ask that you remain respectful and avoid spammy practices.
- Assets Provided: We provide suggested messaging, graphics, and email templates, but you may promote however you prefer.
- Disclosures: While not required, we encourage transparency in promotions to maintain credibility and trust with your audience.
Prohibited Activities
We don’t maintain a long list of restrictions, but unethical or damaging behavior will not be tolerated.
- You ARE ALLOWED to post your affiliate links on your own social media and websites.
- You ARE PROHIBITED from posting your affiliate links on the social media and websites of the Beljanski Foundation.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the program at our discretion, with or without cause. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Misuse of promotional materials
- Conduct that damages the reputation of the conference or affiliated organizations
- Inactivity or non-compliance with these terms
Legal & Liability
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits arising from participation in the affiliate program or the use of marketing assets.
Modifications to the Program
We reserve the right to update, modify, or end the affiliate program at any time.
- Changes will be posted to this Terms and Conditions page.
- It is the affiliate’s responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed.
