From Breast to Prostate Cancer Stem Cells:
Advancing Natural Cancer Research
2023: What the Conference Funded
The inaugural Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference fully funded groundbreaking research on breast cancer stem cells in partnership with Kansas University Medical Center. This study focused on testing a combination of natural plant extracts from Pao pereira, Rauwolfia vomitoria, Golden leaf ginkgo biloba and a select mix of green teas. The goal was to evaluate their activity against aggressive cells associated with therapy resistance, self-renewal, and tumor recurrence.
2025: What We Shared
In 2025, we shared preliminary findings and outlined the next phase of this research pathway. We moved from early insights toward the final analyses needed to complete the study and prepare the publication.
2026: What Happens Next
In 2026, the full findings from this pivotal research on breast cancer stem cell will be presented, including how breast cancer stem cells were identified and a key biological process that may enable cancer cells to shift into a cancer stem cell state linked with metastasis and recurrence. The bulk of the work is complete; two final experiments are underway and the manuscript is in preparation.
Could this breakthrough help prevent breast cancer relapse? Might these findings extend to prostate cancer as well? Building on this research’s success, the 2026 conference will help launch the next phase: testing the discoveries against prostate cancer stem cells with a combination of extracts from Pao pereira, Rauwolfia vomitoria, and Golden leaf ginkgo biloba. Our goal is to raise $240,000 to fully fund this new study, advancing natural cancer treatment even further.
WORKING TO CURE CANCER
THE NATURAL WAY
Studying Natural Compounds
Studying natural compounds against cancer stem cells is valuable because it could lead to the development of more effective, less toxic, and affordable treatments for cancer, ultimately improving the outcomes for patients. Natural compounds offer several advantages over traditional chemotherapies: they are often less toxic and have fewer side effects, making them more suitable for long-term use. Additionally, natural compounds are generally more readily available and affordable than synthetic drugs. Finally, they have the potential to be used in combination with other treatments, such as radiation or chemotherapy, to enhance the effectiveness of these mainstream therapies.
This research approach bridges the gap between traditional medicine and innovative natural therapies, providing new strategies to improve patient outcomes.
Mission of The Beljanski Foundation
The Beljanski Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) whose mission is to study and share knowledge of effective, non-toxic, natural answers that work both alone and in synergy with traditional western medicine to cure cancer and other chronic diseases the natural way.
In partnership with Kansas University Medical Center, the Foundation has led multiple successful research programs, including studies on pancreatic and ovarian cancer stem cells. The inaugural conference enabled a breast cancer research project, and the exciting results from that study will be presented at the upcoming conference.
The 2026 conference marks the next step in our next major initiative: targeting prostate cancer stem cells with a plant extract combination. With your support, we aim to raise $240,000 to fund this critical research and continue our fight against cancer.
Attend the 2026 Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference to be the first to hear the groundbreaking results of our breast cancer research and help us launch the next phase focused on prostate cancer.
If you are unable to attend, you can still make a difference by donating to this important cause. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal of $240,000, supporting research that could change lives and improve cancer treatment for future generations.
