Participation in The Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference will include the creation of an electronic recording of your (hereinafter referred to as “Talent/Speaker”) presentation and interview. Talent/Speaker understands that The Beljanski Foundation, Inc. will make Talent/Speaker’s presentation, interview video recordings and related materials available for a fee, for educational and promotional events.

1. Talent/Speaker hereby grants to The Beljanski Foundation, Inc. the right to use his or her name, voice, appearance, image, words, participation, and title or professional designation, in whole or part, in these recordings and related presentation materials and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or other derivative materials based on them. The use of the Recording and or presentation materials for any other purpose other than educational purposes intended as part of the conference would require additional approval of the Talent/Speaker.

2. Talent/Speaker hereby grants The Beljanski Foundation, Inc. the unconditional and irrevocable right to reproduce the recording and related presentation materials in any format in its entirety, and to distribute, sell, advertise, and publicize the recordings and materials without compensation to Talent/Speaker. The Beljanski Foundation, Inc. may edit the recordings and related materials with Talent/Speaker approval. The Beljanski Foundation, Inc. shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in, and to, the Talent/Speaker’s recording. Talent/Speaker will retain ownership of all intellectual property to the underlying content presented during the Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference and retain the rights to use his own Recording for any purpose.

3. Talent/Speaker, upon written request to The Beljanski Foundation, Inc. shall be provided with a copy of his or her recording in electronic format.

4. Talent/Speaker agrees to utilize its best efforts to promote The Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference. Talent/Speaker to send a minimum of two (2) promotional emails to its full mailing lists and other network of contacts with promotional materials provided by The Beljanski Foundation, Inc. during the promotional period of the event.

5. Talent/Speaker will be eligible to receive reimbursement for certain expenses incurred in connection to making an appearance at The Beljanski Integrative Cancer Conference. Talent/Speaker will request pre-approval for any reimbursable costs and submit incurred expenses for payment in accordance with the event expense policy.

6. Talent/Speaker represents that he or she has the full right, power, and authority to grant this release and to perform all of the provisions thereof.

7. Talent/Speaker expressly releases The Beljanski Foundation, Inc. from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material. Talent/Speaker will indemnify and hold harmless the Beljanski Foundation, Inc. from any claims, losses or liabilities resulting from the breach of this agreement and any and claims arising from the materials.

8. This release shall be governed in accordance with the State of New York. It constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and may be amended only in writing.
