Volunteers are an integral part of the annual conference as they provide various services to help attendees get the most out of the conference experience. The primary responsibility of the conference volunteer team is to make our attendees feel welcome and supported throughout the conference.

The conference event team is looking for volunteers who can embody a welcoming and friendly disposition so attendees can feel a personal connection to BICC. By volunteering at the conference, you have the opportunity to contribute to The Beljanski Foundation’s fundraising efforts on breast cancer stem cell research and be a part of the exciting programming we have in store.

Upon being selected while positions are available, you would receive complimentary conference general admission registration as gratitude from BICC for your service.

1. You are an advocate of Cancer Research and The Beljanski Foundation’s mission.
2. Have a desire to serve the community and commit time and talents to the organization.
3. Are able to collaborate well with others and enjoy teamwork while being self-directed.
4. Able to be in attendance at the Conference in Austin, Texas from April 25th thru 27th, 2025 (some shifts start on the 24th).
